Gardens Plus No-Risk Guarantee

Order with complete confidence and worry-free. We guarantee to provide you with strong healthy, vigorous, plant material – true to name and in good growing condition.  We are gardeners too and only sell plants we would purchase ourselves.   
We can not be responsible for plants not being cared for properly after planting, extreme weather, plants planted in wrong lighting conditions, or zones.   Planting in the heat, not watering in heatwaves and not storing in a cooler location prior to planting will harm them. 
We look forward to being part of your gardening success and we want you, our customer, to be completely satisfied.  Check out some of our last season’s comments and reviews on Google.

Hosta virus HVX
We only purchase plants from those growers that test Hosta for HVX and strive for 100% infection-free Hosta.  If we suspect any plants we test on-site.  No issues to date. 

Substitutions

If any plant you have ordered is not available or doesn’t meet our quality standards, we will not substitute it.  We will amend your order and send you a new copy with this plant removed.  If we feel there is a plant close – we may reach out prior to your picking up to ask.  Otherwise, you can pick others from the many always available on the shelves pre-potted.      At times especially with supply chain issues, we may see the odd variety may be shorted. In the last 2 years, we saw only 3 because we order so early from our growers as well as many here on-site growing.  So no worries it doesn’t happen often.     

Payments:
At this time the only option for 2022 and going forward is paying at the time of pickup or when you come shopping.  We encourage cash and debit please – this will keep our prices low.  Especially for pre-orders without any payment to hold.
We do not have all perennials on the website potted at all times.  So, if you are local or planning a visit you can also pre-order to make certain your wish list is ready and available using the check-out feature.  
 *Keep current on Q & A Page for changes with possible Covid-19 issues if it affects our opening as usual. If 0-contact-only option then prepayment is required prior to picking up.

Plant Availability:  If part of your order isn’t ready we will hold your order until all can be ready together and advise you.   Note:  We do not start shipping Coneflowers and Hosta depending on the spring climate until mid-late May (depending on the spring).  They need the soil to be warm at your end and nights free of frost.  When setting up your pickup date we will note the information you include in your order comments. 

Our order Cancellation Policy:
Gardens Plus is dedicated to providing exemplary plants and customer service to all of our customers. We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, we will do everything we can to address your concerns. If you wish to cancel your order prior to your pickup date, please contact us as soon as possible.
Back Orders: We are unable to do backorders.  Feel free to send us an email to inquire if we have a date to restock.  Often this would be the following season.

Privacy Policy

All information we receive from our customers will stay private and confidential.  Your credit card information is not part of our site it is with PayPal.   We never share email or any other info provided.  That’s a promise!
