Ordering is as easy as 1 2 3

1. Down load the orderform click here, fill it out and save it as (example smith.doc) on your desktop?
** do not forget your early order bonus - see special page if prior to Feb 20/12 and plant total $100.00

2. Email it to us. For credit card payments I will not start to charge payments until mid-late February. Ordering early is a win win for all you get bonuses and I get a head start on the paper work! **Please feel free to post date your cheque to Mar 1/12.

3. We will confirm receipt and advise of shipping date. See extra info below on timing etc.

Orders are accepted on a first come basis; subject to crop conditions and supply on hand. We do our best to keep the web site up to date with availability. No minimum or maximum orders. If you are unable to come for a visit we can ship your order.
    Payments of cheque, visa, mastercard or money order are accepted for mail orders. Your selections are reserved once order with payment is received. ** HST at your provincial rate for ON, BC, NS, NB and NL. 5% GST for other provinces.

     Orders that arrive the earliest are given the priority to being shipped out the earliest (if your zone permits it).   Please let us know when you'd like them sent to you and we will do our best to accommodate. We also suggest ordering early to save disappointment in not getting the varieties requested. Do not hesitate to email us with any further information or clarification required.

Guarantee and Credit Policy
Gardens Plus is a family (plus great staff) run business. All plants are personally dug, labeled and packaged by us just prior to shipping them out. We only ship #1 quality stock grown in zone 5b. Your satisfaction is what our business is based on. We guarantee that every plant that leaves our nursery is in perfect health, a great value and true to its name. Most of our plants are grown on our property. If you have never ordered through the mail before, don't worry. If you are worried see our comments section from previous customers. The only difference is, the plant is shipped with less or no dirt and no pot to save on shipping weight. Your daylily is washed and foliage may be trimmed. Remember there are various different sizes (mini's to large tetraploids) and plants reflect this. Please note the picture shows single roots; we ship at least DOUBLES unless noted. Hosta are carefully wrapped to help protect the leaves. If you are in any way not satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible. We will not substitute varieties unless you have listed them on your order form.
If I run short of any selections I will replace plants shorted with those off your substitution list of equal or greater value and similar size and colour if you list them for us. If you prefer to not have varieties substituted just advise us on the form and we will send a cheque or credit your credit card.

Gift Certificates
We also offer Gift Certificates all season long. They make a perfect gift for any gardener on your list! Provide us with the details and we will send the certificate with a gift card and copy of our current catalogue. You can choose any dollar value or even a plant or two {If you email us the details we can let you know the total}. Those plant certificates bought off season will be shipped in the spring. We always consider the addresss/zone they are going to and can work out the details with the recipient. Download form

Shipping/handling
    We ship using Expedited Post. We ship on Mondays/Tuesdays, so that you will likely have your package for the weekend.   If you provide us with your email address we will send a quick note to give you a heads up - so you can prepare to receive it.
     We find best results to start shipping from here once they have started to grow in the later spring. Depending on the season prefer to ship from May to early July and mid August to late September for most Canadian zones (if you would like it later just ask - but better to get perennials in 6-8 weeks before frost).   We ship orders out in the order we receive them (also considering what zone you live in and any dates you indicate if later than scheduled).   If you are planning on being away in May or June please let us know. Please add shipping to the cost of your order or see below for min. / max. If purchasing plants and Gift Certificates together do not add shipping on the certificate value. For ON & QC for orders under $120.00 add $12.00 over $120.01 add 10% and Other provinces orders under $150.00 add $15.00 over $150.01 add 10%.
Express Post is also available for quote just ask. Usually 1.5 to 2 times the rate.

Emailing your order? More help;
If having a problem downloading the form just ask and we will email you a copy to fill out.
Do not print it. Fill in the blanks- then save it as 'yourlastname.doc' on your desk top? Then open up your email program send me an email with this document chosen as the attachment. Attachments are usually a paperclip icon once the program is open for emailing. Then browes your desktop to find the file you saved. If still having issues we are an email away. If you choose to mail a cheque or money order for payment feel free as well as emailing us your choices to reserve them and qualify for early order bonus(s) plants.
If still issues then email us your selections in the body of the email with your address and contact info and we will take it from there. As for the payment let us know which you prefer and we can call for your number or you can call us and leave it on our ansewering machine.
